“Finally!” I cried, as I stumbled towards my machine, “It’s finally finished!” I whispered. I pulled my phone out of my pinned pocket as I called my brother. He was probably on the couch, watching the cricket, “hi” he whispered into the phone, ” come, quick, my machine is finally finished and I’m going to go on it!” I shouted into the mic. I jump onto the machine and get the engine started and push it out into the parking lot  and take of! He pulls up in his car and gets out in amazement! “I didn’t know it could fly!”

Stumbling down the warehouse, with a flashlight, not far from dying, just trying to find the toy that my little brother accidentally packed in the moving box. “BANG!” The noise echoed the room, I was wondering where the bang came from, suddenly a flash of light, then, darkness enveloped the room again! “Dang!” I cried out, while my flashlight died slowly. I stumbled over to a box that had been covered by the dark, and slid it onto the floor, blindly opening the box, feeling crazy stuff but, I felt something soft, cuddly and I remembered, it’s my brother’s teddy!

Suddenly, darkness enveloped the room as I was concentrating on my homework. I peaked out the window, thinking there would be a storm, but there was nothing! I knew it was a bad idea to stay home alone while my mum was shopping. I creeped out of my room, leaving my work lying, dead on my desk. As I stared down the stairs, I saw nothing! As I moved closer to the end of the stairs, I had noticed I had been doing work for hours now that my mum got home and she had turned the lights off, thinking that I had been asleep!
